My work combines search, people operations, and leadership coaching and development for early-stage, emerging technology startup companies.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with founders and executives to design hiring strategies, implement scalable people systems, and coach leaders through the challenges of building from the ground up. What makes my approach different is pairing strategy with execution — creating frameworks and delivering results.

I bring together decades of experience across recruiting, HR, and leadership coaching to help founders and executives build teams that last. I’ve led talent acquisition functions at high-growth startups and scaling tech companies, managed and mentored recruiting teams, and coached leaders through the realities of growth and change.

Then comes putting strategy into action. At this stage, plans turn into tangible results. Progress is measured with the flexibility to adjust and refine.

How We Work
Fractional

Retainer
