I’m Jo Maxion, Founder of Eleven24 Talent. My work combines search, people operations, and leadership coaching and development for early-stage, emerging technology startup companies.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with founders and executives to design hiring strategies, implement scalable people systems, and coach leaders through the challenges of building from the ground up. What makes my approach different is pairing strategy with execution — creating frameworks and delivering results.
